3. Books & Digital Courses

Books: Refunds on digital products are only considered in cases of proven technical failure. Courses: Attendance certificates are issued on completion — these are not accredited qualifications.

4. Assignment Writing Service

• Model examples are reference tools only — not for direct submission
• You will not submit the model example as your own work
• You are solely responsible for your academic career and any consequences of misuse
• RealSource.co.za legally prohibits plagiarism in any form
• RealSource.co.za will not be held liable for any academic disciplinary action

5. Payment & Pricing

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). Payment is required before delivery. Prices confirmed at time of order apply to that order.

6. Refund Policy

• Completed assignment model examples — no refunds once delivered
• Digital books/courses — refunds only for technical failure
• Quality concerns — contact us within 48 hours for a revision

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform is the intellectual property of RealSource.co.za. Reproduction or resale without written permission is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Western Cape.

Our Legal Position

RealSource.co.za legally and ethically prohibits plagiarism in any form. We will not be held liable for any disciplinary action, academic sanction, lawsuit, or consequence arising from a client's misuse of our model examples. Any client who submits a model example as their own work assumes full and sole legal and academic responsibility.
